facet-core: Type: Display: be consistent with guillemet chars

Added guillemet characters surrounding every instance of
custom shorthand syntax.

This includes segments that are real syntax, such as function
pointers, slices, and arrays, but since the nested types aren't
actually structured in the same way as their `Display` presentation,
it's better to indicate to the user that these formats
diverge from AST.
