Optimize host locale detection (#337)

- Use `find` instead of `each_with_object` for improved performance and
  readability
- Reduce memory allocations and unnecessary object creation
- Update changelog to reflect these improvements

**Benchmarks (Ruby 3.4.3):**
- Performance: 4.1x faster (265,707 vs 64,861 i/s)
- Memory: 3.9x fewer allocations (1,962 vs 7,729)
