Update jest monorepo to v30 (1.12) (major) (#8897)

* chore(deps): update all non-major dependencies

* Update jest monorepo to v30

* Accomodate for apparent style change

* Avoid the use of window.location in any components

Jest/MSW doesn't support calling window.location.assign() apart from changing
the hash part of the URL. By bringing the responsibility to change the URL outside
of the LoginPage component, we can test it anyway.
