bootman: Slightly relax constraints on relno parsing

This allows the case in which the release field also contains letters, commonly
seen is 'a' as the release suffix. As far as CBM is concerned, these elements
are garbage, but if we at least parsed the %d portion of a kernel, and the
%d of a uname, then that is enough to match them, due to the unique constraints
on the filenames.
