Commit Message

Add more comprehensive logging

By setting $NVIM_LISP_LOG_LEVEL to DEBUG host will now also log msgpack
messages between cl-neovim and nvim into $NVIM_LISP_LOG_FILE. Setting it
to DEBUG1 also logs actual bytes transmitted.

To enable reporting this info within REPL, call #'nvim:enable-logging
with :level set to either :debug or :debug1.
