Going back to multiple Travis builds per commit.

Doing it all in one build is taking forever. Splitting tests up into
multiple parallel Travis builds like the pre-tox days since there's no
Windows support yet. No need for coverage gymnastics.

Dropping PyPy support. Just by itself tests take 30 minutes vs 3
minutes!

Cleaning up .travis.yml. Obviously I was sleep deprived.

Bumping dependency versions to latest (or near-latest).
