fix test failures (#392)

* fix test failures

In issue: https://github.com/shader-slang/slang/issues/7315
There are precompiled-module and precompiled-module-mixed test failed.

The reason is that we treat warning message to error in the test. We
should just ignore that.

* re-enable precompiled-module test

* don't use profile for cuda target

* Revert "don't use profile for cuda target"

This reverts commit c0f6f818e.

* bump slang to 10.2
