fix: shutdown scenarios for Connect, Listen and ReplicationConnect (#1410)

* fix: change ReplicationConnection shutdown reason

Postgrex.ReplicationConnection uses the reason in {:disconnect, reason}
as the process reason to shutdown. Any reason that is not :normal, :shutdown or {:shutdown, reason}
is considered an abnormal exit.
