fix: build of zstdWrapper on Fedora >= 40

On recent Fedora, zlib-devel is provided by zlib-ng-compat-devel. There,
zconf.h does not define STDC, so define it explicitly. Also z_uInt is not
defined, so fix this by bumping the zstdWrapper version to v1.5.7.
