- Add RateLimiter middleware using golang.org/x/time/rate package
- Implement token bucket algorithm with configurable rate and burst
- Add comprehensive tests for rate limiting scenarios
- Update middleware example to demonstrate rate limiting
- Update documentation with rate limiting examples
- Migrate golangci-lint configuration to v2 format
- Update CI to use Go 1.24 and golangci-lint-action v7
