:wrench: improve dnd styling logic

- Removed redundant ordering logic for scenarios in CardContainer, simplifying the drag and drop functionality.
- Enhanced DataCard to accept a `draggable` prop, controlling drag behavior based on the card's index.
- Updated CardTooltip and MainCard to conditionally apply drag attributes based on the `draggable` prop, improving usability and performance.
