ngv + mpi test (#284)

## Context
A test combining ngv and mpi is needed to proceed to fix the syn_id
generation/handling

Fix #273 

## Scope
Adds more cells, astrocytes and tripartite synapses to the test ngv
circuit.
Modifies the existent ngv test to match the new circuit 
Adds ngv distribution running with mpi

## Testing
Adds unit-ngv/test_distribution.py
