fix: Ensure each of standard arguments is inserted independently

When `difftastic--add-standard-args` adds standard arguments to a difftastic
call, ensure that each of them is added independently from each other. Before
the fix the function was adding missing `--width` and `--color` if and only if
`--background` was missing.
