feat: Add completion at point function

The `company-forge-completion-at-point-function` is meant to be used with
`completion-at-point` command as well as with `company` backend `company-capf`.

Please note that there's an extra customization option
`company-forge-capf-doc-buffer-function` to allow to select how documentation
in company should be rendered.
