Fix facet-toml to handle nested options and Type/Def split

- Improve deserialize_item to check for Def::Option before UserType::Enum
- Refactor deserialize_as_option to properly handle deeply nested options (Option<Option<Option<T>>>)
- Add special handling of integer values in nested options
- Update tests to accommodate new error handling behavior
