Refactor image uploader and S3 integration

- Simplified image uploader exports in index.ts.
- Updated server.ts to use Bun.file for checking output directory existence.
- Enhanced SiteConfig interface in types.ts to include optional public URL and S3 configuration.
- Removed BunS3Uploader implementation and replaced it with a new S3Uploader class.
- Consolidated image upload logic in image-uploader.ts to utilize the new S3Uploader.
- Deleted unused uploader.ts and bun-s3-uploader.ts files.
- Added tests for S3Uploader functionality and createUploader method.
- Removed deprecated upload-image.sh script.
