Make the error message a little more specific (#74)

This is related to https://aimeos.org/help/post2943.html
According to the answer in this question I searched for the problem at configuration level. It doens't work.
Later on I searched for the Error message, then I saw this is a gdlib related problem (gdlib doesn't support svg).
