feat! Make difftastic-bindings configuration more flexible

The `difftastic-bindings-alist` now has a new structure that allow to express
additions of either a single suffix or a whole column, as well as allow to
specify different suffixes and bindings for different prefixes and keymaps.

BREAKING CHANGE: `difftastic-bindgings-prefixes` and
  `difftastic-bindings-keymaps` are no longer used and are replaced by a new
  structure of `difftasctic-bindings-alist`.
