Display time remaining in title bar of terminal

Before this change:

  1. When timebox was launched using Windows Explorer, say by
     double-clicking timebox.cmd or by entering 'timebox' in the Run
     dialog box, "C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe" was displayed in the
     title bar of Command Prompt window.

  2. When timebox was launched by entering the path to timebox.cmd in a
     Command Prompt window, "Command Prompt - C:\path\to\timebox.cmd"
     was displayed in the title bar of Command Prompt window.

After this change:

Only the time remaining, e.g. "30", is displayed in the title bar of
Command Prompt window in both cases.
