Allow rdf-interface ^3 and make pass phpstan at level 6

* composer.json: allown both rdf-interface ^2 and ^3
* DatasetNode: assure same parameter types of the constructor and the factory()
  method
* DataFactory: add a few manual type hints to make the phpstan happy
* DatasetNode: adjust array access methods' type hints to only allow interger
  offset of 0
* Dataset:
  * fix the "native quick-rdf quad check" in the equals method (which was
    refactored a little too much by the previous commit)
  * remove unneeded "|mixed" type hint from the offsetSet() and the offsetUnset()
