Drop selected-node annotation from temp restore PVC

We've been copying all annotations over from the target,
which includes the delayed binding related selected-node annotation.
This causes issues with non topology constrained provisioners,
that have no topology keys
(not sure how it wasn't an issue up until now)

There should be absolutely no need to copy that over since the volume
will either not need it (immediate) or gets it once target is scheduled
(wffc).
