Add data delivery support for Nallo (#4329)(minor)

## Description
Add delivery types for Nallo file delivery
Closes #4326 

### Added

- delivery types `RAW_DATA_ANALYSIS `, `RAW_DATA_ANALYSIS_SCOUT `and `RAW_DATA_SCOUT ` in `DataDelivery ` strenum
- `{bam}` to the `RAW_DATA_ANALYSIS_SAMPLE_TAGS` 
- support for the new delivery types in  the`DeliveryServiceFactory`

### Changed

- Removed `BamDeliveryTagsFetcher` and make BAM delivery use SampleAndCaseDeliveryTagsFetcher
