Switch to PEP 420 native namespace. (#31)

* Bumped version for breaking release.
* Replace ``pkg_resources`` namespace with PEP 420 native namespace.
* Switch to PEP 420 native namespace.
* Set min version for z3c.objpath.
* Drop `xml` extra and all the code which was enabled by it. `z3c.schema2xml` is unmaintained for years now.
