Fix for incorrect collation of column names in UNPIVOT result (#3672) (#3678)

Fix for unpivot collation bug

Added make_nvarchar_const() function to create proper NVARCHAR constants
for column names in the VALUES list during UNPIVOT parser
transformation. This matches SQL Server's behaviour where the newly
generated dimension column from UNPIVOT is of nvarchar type and
preserves Unicode characters.
