lua: make sj.current_address writeable (fix #268)

Also document my vision of extending the Lua API rather for features
which are difficult/impossible to do with _c, _pc and _pl.

Not planning to add full mapping of all directives to `sj` namespace,
the parsed strings should be good-enough and it's less stuff to
document/refresh/test/remember/...
