At no point should a resend occur directly during answer parsing.
It needs to be queued up to be processed after all the answers
are taken off the wire to re-send any queries.  Because immediate
resending can hit error conditions that can cause the conneciton
to be closed this needs to be avoided at all costs.

This patch simply introduces a queue of queries to be resent which
will then be sent after all answers are processed when the
connection handle is no longer needed.
