Add context manager protocol to CardService

You can now use the with ...: construct.
The PC/SC context used by the card service will be released at the end
of the context.

Example:
from smartcard.CardRequest import CardRequest

with CardRequest(timeout=10) as req:
    with req.waitforcard() as svc:
        svc.connection.connect()
        svc.connection.disconnect()
