Fix for Crash in get_bbf_pivot_tuplestore (#3623)


The pivot code crashes when encountering NULL input values in pivot
columns, while looking up categories in pivotHashTable. The fix is to
add a NULL check to perform the lookup only if catname is NON-NULL,
doing nothing otherwise.
