Correct issue in pyearthtoolsDatetime comparisons and rename class (#61)

* Rename pyearthtoolsDatetime to Petdt, which (a) shortens the name significantly, and (b) restored normal
case naming conventions to indicate that it is a class
* Add test expressing the issue with the Petdt class
* Remove un-necessary property from Petdt
* Adjust equality test to be based on matched resolutions
