ssntp: add unit test for RoleToDefaultCertName()

This is a simple table test and intentionally duplicates the const
string definitions instead of referencing them by variable name.
If somebody changes the const string definition, the test will fail.
That hopefully reminds the person that users actually use default values
and such a change will break users, which isn't very nice.
