chore: enable React `StrictMode` for tests and Storybook (#7061)

I've enabled the StrictMode for the Storybook inside the preview file
instead of via [config
option](https://storybook.js.org/docs/configure/integration/frameworks),
as this way changes can be applied to it without having to restart the
Storybook.
