Fixed testing of installed version of pywbem

Details:

* Added a new make target 'testinstalled' that runs the MOF compiler unit
  tests in a virtual environment that has the system Python plus pywbem
  plus the test requirements and then runs 'make test' with TEST_INSTALLED=1.

* Fixed import errors for _mofparsetab and _moflextab by building
  these files when TEST_INSTALLED is specified.

* Fixed pytest errors about invalid --cov etc options by not specifying
  them when TEST_INSTALLED is specified.

* Added installation of Python packages needed for testing, into
  the virtual environment used for testing when TEST_INSTALLED is
  specified.

* Added 'make testinstalled' to the test workflow.
