Big refactoring of the Color.Names module.

We now split the wiki file into several modules so they don't get too big. The actual Fledex.Color.Names module delegates most functions to the corresponding color modules.
Also split out the guard into a separate file, so it's not necessary to load all functions. And as a final step moved the code generating function into a DSL module.
This approach also allows to quite easily load from other color modules.

Fixed also a lot of Credo warnings
