Commit Message

Add text <-> binary conversion tool for MessagePack.

This tool provides a way to translate to and from msgpack Object
using standard input / output.

It performs two kinds of conversions:
1. plain text -> Data.MessagePack.Object -> msgpack binary
2. msgpack binary -> Data.MessagePack.Object -> plain text

It automatically detects which of the two it should perform.
