fix(all): TS 5.8 and Deno 2.2 changes to Uint8Array<ArrayBuffer>  (#209)

* Refactor constructor types and add explicit type casting (this solves compatibility with newer ts 5.7 related changes to UintArray<ArrayBuffer>)

Updated the constructor in `denobuffer.ts` to accept both `Uint8Array` and `ArrayBuffer` for improved flexibility. Added explicit type casting in `jsmsg.ts` to ensure type compatibility for encoded data.
