Use fputs() instead of std::err for CLI error output

This brings it closer to the way
`QCommandLineParser::showMessageAndExit()` (formerly known as
private static function `showParserMessage()` in
`qcommandlineparser.cpp`) does it.

More interestingly, it resovles an output buffering issue on MinGW
builds with Qt 6.5, 6.6 and 6.7.
