SALTO-7529: Reduce type mis-match logs from salesforce (#7327)

When running a partial fetch / changes detection, the we use the profile type from the workspace which does not match the profile values at the point when the remove_files_and_values filter runs.

changing the call to be non-strict to avoid excessive logs
