Commit Message

Enable AddressSanitizer[1] on test-hstox C code.

This will help identify problems while developing the C-libtoxcore test backend.
It is disabled by default, and also not enabled on Travis, since the GCC on
Travis does not support it. The error message is very unhelpful, saying that the
required libraries sodium and pthread can't be found.
