Add autocomplete support for the search suggestions. (#68)

* Add autocomplete support for the search suggestions.

Also modified the elasticsearch slightly to make more sense.

* Standardize config according to npms-api and simplify stuff.

* Improve fields for autocomplete.

Also change names of fields for the better.

* Finalize es index structure for autocomplete+highlighting after much tickering.

* Unnecessary.

* Restore bootstrap options.
