MariaDB 11.7 support

This commit marks MariaDB 11.7 as a supported DB flavor, now that its GA
release occurred on 13 Feb 2025. This is a rolling (short term support)
MariaDB server release.

Several changes are included in this commit to support MariaDB 11.7:

* MariaDB's VECTOR column type and index type are now fully supported by
  Skeema. Introspection and diff logic properly handles the optional DISTANCE
  and M vector index attributes.
* VECTOR is now a reserved word.
* SHOW CREATE TABLE now includes the INVISIBLE column modifier in a different
  position (side-effect of MDEV-35308).
* SHOW CREATE TABLE now displays fulltext index parsers without version-gate
  comment wrapper (side-effect of MDEV-35308).
