MPI zfind (#238)

* Initial implementation of lightweight MPI wrapper around redmonster.  Still to be tested.

* MPI parallel redmonster wrapper now runs and outputs agree with multiprocessing case.  Still need to reduce / organize per-process logging in order to make the logs readable/useful.

* Small bugfix for zfind MPI wrapper.  When running in MPI mode, force redmonster logging level to WARNING, otherwise logs are completely unreadable.  Use one node per brick for zfind.  Even for ~150 targets/brick this runs in ~15 minutes.

* When generating slurm and shell scripts for the pipeline, also generate a master script which submits the individual jobs to the queue and sets up job dependencies.

* Implement simple load balancing of bricks during redshift fitting.
