Commit Message

Add support for token auth and subdirectories.

Added two additional (optional) parameters to the SonarAPIHandler constructor:
- subdirectory: In the event that sonar is not hosted under a root directory (/), allows the specification of a subdirectory (e.g. '/sonar').
- token: Sonar authentication token. Can be provided in place of/addition to username and password.

Pull Request Pull Request #48: Add support for token auth and subdirectories.
