Add testing for replay stimuli load from SONATA extensions  (#74)

## Context

The SONATA extensions introduce a synapse_replay input type, which
allows replaying synaptic activity in simulations. This PR addresses the
need for testing of this feature.

Fix: #61 

## Scope

- [x] Test parsing of the replay section of a SONATA config file :
Compares input from a SONATA config file contains input type
["synapse_replay"] with SimConfig.stimuli parsed by neurodamus
- [x] Adapts the existing test SpikeManager using ringtest data
- [x] Test the creation of ReplayStim
