local_docs fixture. Remainder of built-in themes.

Using local_docs fixture in sphinx_.py tests.

Using multi-document docs in tests instead of just contents.rst.

Testing conf.py with pre-existing custom sidebars. Make sure library
just appends, not replaces.

Adding the rest of the sidebar-enabled built-in Sphinx themes to tests.
