Stop indexing the file list twice (#752)

* use pdc_describe_json_ss instead of files_ss

* fix raw doi and tests

* Tweak the logic to get the full path

* tweak raw doi and full_path naming logic

* Let files work for DataSpace records the way it used to (even though we are going to ditch that functionality soon, preserving compatibility makes this PR smaller)
