feat: add support for desktop user-agents (#31)

* feat: add support for fetching desktop agents too

Add support for fetching the desktop agent list as well via passing an
argument.  Retains default behavior of fetching mobile agents if no
argument passed.

* fix: lint and remove stray debug

* test: add duplicate test for desktop arg

* feat: update types

* test: add another test

* chore: update readme

* chore(deps): update mocha and version
