tests: Use ffi.cast() to create fake C objects

If our ffi objects leak through the mocks to the real libspotify, it is better
to point to memory addresses 42, 43, etc which will cause immediate segfaults
and be recognizable memory addresses in the core dumps than to pointers to
valid ints in place of pointers to objects which probably got another size in
real life.
