refactor!: Prepare V4 release
V4 introduces a set of new features and code improvements
- introduce automated nav calculations in real time
- automated nav calculations in real time for mint and burn operations
- enable potentially any token as a portfolio token
- fixes to the UniswapV4-UniversalRouter integration
- separated logic between Extensions and Adapters, where extensions are now known to the implementation in advance and upgradable only upon implementation upgrade
- custom errors everywhere (protocol)
- implemented getters to read from newly defined activeTokens, activeApplications slots in code
- implemented getter to return a pool's uniswap v4 liquidity positions from the EApps extension
- unit tests covering new functionalities
- updated git submodules
