fix dry_run tests for macOS (#66)

dry_run tests should be less strict only for macOS

fix: #65

## Context
@mgeplf suggested that we make the dry_run tests less strict
(temporarly) only for mac. It makes sense to me.

## Scope
- [x] revert to old limits if we are not using a mac system

## Testing
The tests are already there. We want them stricter
