Change utils (#31)

* refactor(utils::wrap_spans): accept "&[&TextSpan]" now

which can avoid a further clone for textarea.
Though this requires a bit of extra code for tests.

* refactor(utils::get_block): accept "AsRef<str>" and refactor all places to clone less

also adds the new helper function "get_title_or_center" as it is a common operation.
